Request permanent removal of your account and data

⚠️ Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your request is processed, all your information will be permanently removed from our systems.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion from Zinox, we will permanently remove all information associated with your account, including:

Your name, email address, phone number, password, and profile settings

All connected Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger accounts and access tokens

Conversation history, automated replies, customer interactions, and chat logs

AI preferences, automation rules, templates, and custom configurations

Uploaded images, videos, documents, and all media files stored in our system

Activity logs, usage statistics, and behavioral data collected during platform use

You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:

Send an Email Request
Email us at yousfsouhaib0810@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your registered email address and account details to help us identify your account.
Verify Your Identity
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity by responding from your registered email address or providing additional account information.
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your deletion request and provide you with a timeline for completion.
Processing
Our team will process your request and permanently remove all your data from our servers, databases, and backup systems.
Final Notification
Once deletion is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email verifying that all your data has been removed.

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. However, most requests are completed within 7-14 business days.

During this period:

Export Your Data: If you need a copy of your data for your records, request a data export before submitting a deletion request
Active Subscriptions: Cancel any active subscriptions or recurring payments before deleting your account
Connected Services: Your social media integrations will be automatically disconnected, but you may need to manually revoke app permissions from your Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger settings
Irreversible Action: Data deletion is permanent. You cannot recover your account, settings, or data after deletion is complete

In certain limited circumstances, we may retain minimal information as required by law:

Legal Obligations: Transaction records and financial data may be retained to comply with tax and accounting regulations
Fraud Prevention: Anonymized security logs may be kept to prevent abuse and protect other users
Dispute Resolution: If there are pending legal disputes or investigations, relevant data may be retained until resolution

Any retained data will be minimal, anonymized where possible, and securely deleted once the retention period expires.

Under data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Right to Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
